A surprisingly funny, smart, and effective "edutainment" piece to get you excited about hitting the gym.
Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt
Gunning for that early 2000's Cartoon Network feel, PSG is a stark and unusually crass change of pace from conventional anime. I highly recommend the English dub.
Zombie Land Saga: Revenge
A fantastic second season that improves on all fronts, with rich character development and growth. And all the songs are bangers.
Ganbare, Douki-chan!
If you particularly enjoy tights, office-attire, or just really want a break from all the “High school” centered shows, this is a fun mindless mild ecchi one to pick up. Comes in bite-size episodes.
Eromanga Sensei
A weeby, trashy, ecchi-themed siscon/lolicon show that’s actually good? Good animation, directing, and interesting dialogue for a terribly creepy fanservice plot. I’m still confused.
We Never Learn! (Bokuben)
Very much a cliché anime Harem RomCom, but with some good moments. A decent void filler, but nothing special.
One-Punch Man (Season 2)
It felt a bit crammed with too many simultaneous ongoing arcs, but still a fun time with some interesting new characters.
Don’t Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro! (Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san!)
The fun “tease you because I’m too shy to admit I have a crush on you” dynamic from Takagi-san, but in High school and a bit more sadistic and frisky.
Dorohedoro
With a cyberpunk/Alice in Wonderland vibe, this is a fun, gritty, fantastic adventure unlike anything I've seen.
Great Pretender
With a more adult tone than most anime, this felt like Cowboy Bebop meets Matchstick Men in a bright, bold, modern style. Definitely worth checking out.
