Too much inexcusable uncomfortable fan-service (read borderline illegal) to make the neat dialogue worth it. It is important to the overarching Monogatari story, so if you're embarking on it, muscle through.
Fate/Apocrypha
Better, richer, dialogue than in UBW, much more of a Fantasy feel than previous Fate installments, but a solid piece with some outstanding artistic, bone-chilling, and emotional moments.
Bakemonogatari
A delightfully artsy and philosophical adventure, truly unique.
Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale
While not without plot holes and a slapped-together ending, this grounds the series back down to its roots and keeps asking those very relevant questions.
Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online
A great spin-off from SAOII, with a steady quality of episodes throughout.
Sword Art Online II (Season 2)
This season goes deeper into the psyche of the characters and explores the concept of Virtual Reality applications, ramifications, while also showing both the benefits and risks of immersing oneself online.
Sword Art Online (Season 1)
A fantastically immersive love-letter to MMORPGs backed with strong emotion that makes a great Gateway Anime. Then it goes sideways for the second arc before picking up the pieces for its second season.
Fate/Grand Order: -First Order-
If you haven't played the game you likely will not enjoy this. I didn't. Even after having played the game it's still pretty empty.
Darling in the FranXX
A beautiful, emotional ride that will keep you gripped and on the edge of your seat.
Fate/Stay Night: Heaven’s Feel I. Presage Flower
A great start to the best arc of the Fate/Stay Night series. A masterful feat of animation.
