Once you accept that this is an Ecchi with Isekai elements, and not the other way around, it's actually enjoyable. Plus, there's an interesting exploration of religious corruption that was more compelling than what the previous season offered.
Keijo!!!!!!!!
A surprisingly decent (not necessarily good) sports/shonen of water polo / butt wrestling, naturally in a heavily ecchi environment. Not worth much past the novelty of the gag premise, scratches a shonen/battle itch more than an ecchi itch.
My Dress-Up Darling
An excellently executed delight with fantastic characters, warm fuzzies, and a fascinating dive into the cosplay hobby.
How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift?
A surprisingly funny, smart, and effective "edutainment" piece to get you excited about hitting the gym.
Ganbare, Douki-chan!
If you particularly enjoy tights, office-attire, or just really want a break from all the “High school” centered shows, this is a fun mindless mild ecchi one to pick up. Comes in bite-size episodes.
Eromanga Sensei
A weeby, trashy, ecchi-themed siscon/lolicon show that’s actually good? Good animation, directing, and interesting dialogue for a terribly creepy fanservice plot. I’m still confused.
Monster Musume: Everyday Life with Monster Girls
A fun, tropey, sexy, harem of monster girls that’s got great moments. It does get a little sweaty at the end, but still a great time.
Do You Love Your Mom and Her Two-Hit Multi-Target Attacks?
An Isekai with an identity crisis. It sometimes feels like a complete tongue-in-cheek excuse for an ecchi premise, but then tries to be legitimately heartfelt and sincere at others. Not a chore, though.
Prison School
A ridiculous, intense, sexy, and hilarious ride that simultaneously doesn't take itself seriously, yet is over-the-top serious.
No Game No Life
No Game No Life is a gorgeous game-centered Isekai with lush worldbuilding and an interesting story. It also brings the worst of ecchi objectification/sexualization and the Smartest Man In The Room genre.
